As Contract Administrator you will play a pivotal role in the successful management of government contracts. The ideal candidate will have expertise in utilizing Costpoint software, a deep understanding of government contract administration, and a track record of ensuring contract compliance and profitability.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand contract requirements and objectives.
Utilize Costpoint software to maintain accurate contract records, including financial data, deliverables, and key milestones.
Prepare and review contract documents, ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies.
Monitor contract performance and coordinate with project teams to address any issues or deviations.
Assist in the preparation and submission of contract modifications and change orders.
Support contract negotiations and vendor/subcontractor relationships.
Prepare and submit regular reports on contract status and financial performance.
Stay current with changes in government contract regulations and industry best practices.
Assist in the development and improvement of contract administration processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration, with a focus on government contracts.
Proficiency in Costpoint software.
Thorough knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government contract administration.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
