Hourly Rate: $60.00 - $75.00/Hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Take the helm of day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every transaction.

- Collaborate with department heads to analyze budget variances, turning numbers into actionable insights.
- Navigate the regulatory landscape, ensuring our organization's compliance with accounting standards and non-profit reporting requirements.
- Work seamlessly with external auditors to facilitate a smooth and transparent annual audit process.
- Lead the charge in developing our annual budget, working closely with program managers to ensure our financial plans are both realistic and impactful.
- Keep a watchful eye on cash flow and working capital, playing a pivotal role in maintaining our financial well-being.
- Implement savvy cash management strategies to optimize our financial liquidity.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment within the finance team, empowering them to reach new heights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Controller or similar financial leadership role in a non-profit setting.
- In-depth knowledge of non-profit accounting principles and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
