Accounting Manager ($130,000-$155,000 + bonus)

Location: Dulles, VA

Work Model: Hybrid (1x in office per week)

As part of their mission to cultivate excellence, they are in pursuit of a seasoned Accounting Manager to fortify their dynamic finance and accounting team. Highlights of Responsibilities:

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial Statement preparation, review and support
• Manage cash and debt relating reporting and analysis
• Prepare weekly cash forecasting model for management review
• Review understanding of revenue recognition and other technical accounting processes
• Support month-end close processes
• Assists in preparation of reports required by regulatory agencies
• Review/update internal controls, and maintain oversight over G/L data
• Identifies potential areas for improvement and provides solutions
• Manages special projects within accounting department and interacting with other departments
• Performs other accounting related duties as assigned by management.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience
• Deltek Costpoint preferred
• 5-7+ years of experience in accounting related position
• Big 4 accounting experience preferred
• Cash/forecasting experience preferred
