Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert has been engaged to support a Workday Financials Implementation project and is searching for a Workday Financials SME with hands-on experience to support this effort.

Candidate will be responsible for:
-    Experience with multiple Workday implementations
-    Specific experience with Workday ERP, Adaptive Planning, and PRISM Analytics
-    Business process mapping of current processes
-    Data conversion efforts
-    Project planning meetings with members from finance, accounting, operations, and IT
-    Providing insight on lessons learned to ease into successful conversion and adoption
-    Work with end-users on change management and process changes to day-to-day responsibilities
-    Other duties as assigned

Candidate should have the following previous experience:
-    3+ years of Workday implementation experience, including at least 2 implementations during that timeframe
-    Experience working and implementing Workday ERP, Adaptive Planning, and PRISM Analytics
-    Strong communication skills to technical and non-technical users
-    Ability to lead meetings and guide finance leadership through implementation process
-    “Can do” attitude
