- Supervise two accountants specializing in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
- Oversee month-end close processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Perform financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes and reporting.
- Utilize Costpoint software for financial management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a non-profit organization.
- Proficiency in Costpoint software is required.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
