Cordia Resources is seeking an experienced
Accounts Payable and Payroll Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a background in the construction industry and be responsible for processing payroll for approximately 120 employees, as well as managing accounts payable functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage payroll for approximately 120 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Handle accounts payable functions including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment disbursement.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
- Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of wages, benefits, and deductions.
- Prepare and file necessary payroll tax returns and reports.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and prepare necessary reports.
- Communicate with employees and vendors regarding payroll and accounts payable inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable and payroll, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
