Cordia Resources is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Manager. The successful candidate will support cradle-to-grave contract administration, ensuring compliance, managing agreements, and developing strategic approaches to contracting. Experience with Costpoint is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts, agreements, and amendments.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, including deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective contract management strategies.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation in accordance with company standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams regarding contractual obligations and requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks, proposing solutions and strategies to address potential issues.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize Costpoint for contract management, tracking, and reporting as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in contract management, preferably within government contracting sector.
  • Experience with Costpoint or similar contract management software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in Contract Management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM) is a plus.
