Cordia Resources is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Manager. The successful candidate will support cradle-to-grave contract administration, ensuring compliance, managing agreements, and developing strategic approaches to contracting. Experience with Costpoint is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.
Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts, agreements, and amendments.
Monitor and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, including deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective contract management strategies.
Maintain accurate contract records and documentation in accordance with company standards.
Provide guidance and support to project teams regarding contractual obligations and requirements.
Identify and mitigate contractual risks, proposing solutions and strategies to address potential issues.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
Utilize Costpoint for contract management, tracking, and reporting as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in contract management, preferably within government contracting sector.
Experience with Costpoint or similar contract management software is highly desirable.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in Contract Management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM) is a plus.
