Cordia Resources has partnered with a Federal government end client that is searching for several
Grants Administrators for a Federal program.
This role will be a long-term contract (1+ year) opportunity and will be fully-remote!
Candidate will be responsible for:
- Provide support and guidance to federal grant recipients in managing grants and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
- Provide grants management support for grant programs, pre-award, award, post-award and closeout phases of the grants management lifecycle process.
- Use provided documentation and regulations and cost principles applicable to the particular type of recipient being reviewed to form the basis for reviews;
- Review the recipient’s Federal Financial reports for grants and their most recent A-133 audit or financial statement for findings / corrective actions.
- Verify required documents are in SharePoint
- Scan and upload documents to SharePoint
- Monitors the awards mailbox and gives actions to staff for assignment.
- Tracks and updates the schedule of awards.
Candidates should have the following experience:
- 4-year degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or similar degree area
- 3+ years of Grants Management experience in a Federal environment
- Strong knowledge & experience with Full Lifecycle Grants Management.
- Ability to work collaboratively across organizations and program areas.
- Strong Communications skills both verbal and written
- Experience working with 2 CFR 200, Uniform Guidance in a grant making environment.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of 100 new awards and up to 500 post-awards.
- Ability to process Capacity and Non-Capacity Awards.
