Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert has partnered with a leading construction firm in
Newburgh, IN that is searching for a candidate for an Interim Project at their headquarters on a hybrid basis!
Candidate will be responsible for hands on
financial planning and analysis work needed for several projects, as well as analytics and reporting work.
Candidate’s day to day responsibilities will include:
- Financial analysis, P&L analysis, variance analysis, and KPI metrics and dashboards.
- Performs consolidation, analysis, and presentation of monthly projections, financial reports, budgets and financial trends to C-Suite and Executive Team,
- Develops and maintains financial models and performs financial and operational analyses to support decision-making.
- Support departments in the development of the yearly budget
- Work closely with business unit, sales, HR, accounting, IT and operational leaders to provide financial insights that drive business strategy.
- Proposes process and system improvements for increased efficiencies within the department
Interested candidates should have the following experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or similar business-related degree
- 10+ years of FP&A experience
- Strong financial, analytical problem-solving, and communication skills
- Advanced skills in MS Excel to include pivot tables, macros, and VLOOKUP's
- Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Experience pulling data from ERP and other systems, manipulating data in Excel, and creating reporting and analytics for leadership.
