Administrative Accounting Clerk – Hybrid (Atlanta, GA) – Contract-to-Hire – $20-$29/hour
Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is working with a construction client near Perimeter Mall in Atlanta, GA, to find an Administrative Accounting Clerk to support their accounting and office operations.
Location: Hybrid - Atlanta, GA (Dunwoody)
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $29.00/hour
Start Date: Next Week!
This position requires on-site work in Dunwoody with some hybrid flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable: Approving invoices and handling AP data entry
- Administrative Support: Managing office operations, ordering supplies, handling shipments, and signing for deliveries
- Receptionist Duties: Answering calls and routing communications to the appropriate parties
- Document Management: Filing, scanning, and organizing internal records
- Vendor & Project Manager Coordination: Communicating regarding invoices and purchase orders
- Expense Reporting: Processing and submitting employee expense reports
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative, office management, or accounting role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience in the construction or real estate industry preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions
- Ability to work independently, take direction, and meet deadlines
- Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus but not required
