Accounting Manager to join their team on a full time permanent basis. This role involves overseeing general ledger and accounting operations, managing accounts payable, payroll, and accounts receivable functions, as well as handling non-income tax filings, including BPOL and sales/use tax. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of three accounting professionals effectively.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000/year

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, payroll, and accounts receivable.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of non-income tax filings, such as BPOL and sales/use tax.
- Manage and mentor a team of three accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Implement and maintain efficient accounting processes and internal controls.
- Provide financial insights and reports to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing accounting operations and teams.
- Strong knowledge of general ledger, A/P, payroll, and A/R processes.
- Experience with non-income tax filings, including BPOL and sales/use tax.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
