Entry-Level Administrative Assistant

Arlington, Va

We are seeking a motivated and organized Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to join our client's team and support their daily office operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Perform data entry and maintain databases.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Prior administrative or office experience is a plus but not required.
