Help Desk- Part-Time 16535307

Columbia, Maryland

Cordia Resources has partnered with a government contractor in Laurel, MD that is searching for a temporary Help Desk candidate to help fill in for a 5 week project.

Candidate would be responsible for 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday, either 11am-3:30pm, or 12pm-4:30pm.

Candidate is responsible for the following:
• Strong understanding and experience with Azure, Active Directory, Intune, Microsoft Teams, One Drive, and SharePoint.
• Deployment of hardware for new employees configuring new end-user devices.
• Maintains a deep technical understanding of all aspects of Office 365 and EMS

Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are preferred but not required.
• US Citizenship required
• Ability to be on-site in Laurel 5 days per week
