Accounting Manager-NetSuite

Cordia Resources is seeking an Accounting Manager who will play a vital role in overseeing financial processes, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and leading the month-end close. This position requires strong expertise in NetSuite and Salesforce, and experience in managing financial consolidations, revenue recognition, cash management, and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:
           Financial Statement Consolidations: Prepare and review consolidated financial statements across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with GAAP.
           Month-End Close: Oversee the month-end close process, including reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis.
           Revenue Management: Manage revenue recognition processes, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and accurate reporting.
           Cash Management: Oversee cash flow planning and monitoring, ensuring optimal liquidity and alignment with organizational goals.
           Team Leadership: Review work completed by junior staff, providing feedback and mentorship to promote professional development and maintain quality standards.
           System Expertise: Utilize NetSuite for financial management and Salesforce for revenue tracking and operational alignment.
           Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Qualifications:
           Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
           5+ years of accounting experience, including leadership roles.
           Proficiency in NetSuite and Salesforce is required.
           Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
           Experience with financial statement consolidations, revenue recognition, and cash management.
           Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
           Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with team members.
           Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
