Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead a team of two accountants, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounting function.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience with Costpoint accounting software is required.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
