They are currently positioned for growth as they transition into a new generation of leadership. They are seeking a Fractional CFO to provide strategic financial leadership. They are looking for someone to enhance their financial operations with a focus on forecasting, expense analysis, and strategy.

In this role, you will:
- Provide a high-level financial overview of the firm.
- Conduct forecasting and expense analysis to support growth and efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish and implement a strategic financial plan.
- Review current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Review and monitor KPIs, suggesting improvements if applicable.
- Review and suggest improvements to the compensation process managed by our compensation committee.
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
- Strong expertise in financial strategy, forecasting, and planning.
- Able to provide insights into efficiencies and implement significant process improvements.
- Capable of working fractionally, with more hours required upfront to get up to speed, then 10-20 hours per week ongoing.
- Comfortable with a hybrid work model—remote with occasional office visits
